What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), project type and message you type into the form. If you contact us by phone or email we keep that correspondence too.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry, understand your project and, if you choose to proceed, prepare a scope and quote. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept on file for twelve months from the last contact, then deleted. Project records are kept for the duration of the project and as long as required for warranty and legal purposes.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored on our own server and are accessible only to the studio. If enquiry email delivery is enabled, the message is transmitted through our email provider to the studio inbox.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets an essential cookie only for studio admin sign-in. If website analytics are enabled, they may set cookies to measure anonymous, aggregated traffic. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will action the request within a reasonable period.
